On January 27, 2026, I made a payment of $1 on MyIQ.com to receive the results of an IQ test. After this transaction, I was enrolled as a member of the site without my knowledge or explicit consent. On February 3, 2026, at 9:07 PM, I noticed that an additional $38 was charged to my card. I did not create any membership, I did not log back into the site, and I do not even have a membership number.
I was not provided with any notification during this process. A membership was created without my approval, and a significant amount of money was charged to my card. The last four digits of the card used for payment are 9013. I contacted my bank regarding this transaction, and they stated that a process has been initiated, but they could not provide clear information about whether a refund will be issued.
I am requesting the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized membership and a refund of the $38 that was improperly charged to my card (excluding the initial $1 payment). I also request written confirmation and detailed information regarding the handling of this matter.
