Myiq Charged 29.99 EUR Without Consent After IQ Test Purchase

On September 26, 2025, I paid 1.20 USD on the myiq.com website to receive my IQ test results. However, without any prior notice or my consent, a membership was created in my name. Then, on October 15, 2025, an unauthorized charge of 29.99 EUR was withdrawn from my Garanti Bank virtual card. I never created a membership, logged in to the site, or received a membership ID. I also attempted to contact the company, but received no response.

I am requesting the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized membership and a full refund of 29.99 EUR to my card. I have all the relevant payment receipts and screenshots available and can provide them if needed. I expect my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
