On November 5, 2025, I discovered that $17 had been charged to my credit card by MyIQ, even though I never started any subscription with them. About six months ago, I ran a one-time test and entered my card details into the system, but I did not activate any membership or recurring plan. The transaction at that time was clearly stated to be a single payment. Despite this, six months later, money was withdrawn from my account without my authorization, which has caused me inconvenience.
I emailed MyIQ customer service about the issue but have not received any response yet. Therefore, I request that the unauthorized charge be fully refunded to my account.
