Suspicious Myıq Charge on Card — Refund and Fraud Investigation Request
On November 8, 2025, at 4:35 a.m., a $17 transaction was made on my Myıq credit card without my knowledge or consent. The transaction description only says “a transaction has been made” and includes no additional details. I have never registered for Myıq, nor did I authorize any payment of this kind. I had a similar issue in the past, but only realized it later.
After noticing the charge, I contacted my bank, but they informed me that I needed to reach out to the company directly to cancel the transaction. My card is still active, and I suspect that my card information may have been misused elsewhere.
I request that Myıq immediately cancel this unauthorized transaction and refund the $17 withdrawn from my account.
