Myiq.com Charged My Card Without Permission After IQ Test Payment

About two weeks ago, I used my virtual card to pay a small amount on Myiq.com to receive my IQ test result. However, on October 17, 2025, at 8:20 a.m., a payment of ₺1,514.12 was withdrawn from my card without my knowledge or consent. The last four digits of my card are 1024. I never created a membership or gave any authorization for this payment, and this unauthorized withdrawal has caused me significant distress.

I tried to contact Myiq.com customer service about this issue, but I haven’t received any response so far. I demand that this amount be refunded to me as soon as possible.
