Paid for Myiq IQ Test, Then Got an Unauthorized 35 USD Charge

On October 17, 2025, I completed an IQ test on the Myiq website for a small fee. Without my consent, a membership was created in my name.

On October 24, 2025, 35 USD was withdrawn from my İş Bankası Visa card ending in 3312, without my authorization. I contacted both Myiq and my bank, but no resolution has been provided. I also did not receive any notification or email before or after the charge.

I am requesting an immediate investigation, cancellation of the unauthorized transaction, and a full refund of 35 USD to my card ending in 3312.
