On October 7, a payment of ₺1,454 was withdrawn from my bank card without my knowledge or consent through my email address y******@gmail.com**, which is registered on the myiq.com website.
I initially visited the site to take a short IQ test and entered my card details to pay a small fee of around ₺30–₺40. However, when I checked my account today, I noticed that a much higher amount had been withdrawn without my authorization.
When I checked my subscription details, there was no active plan listed in the system, and I have not been able to reach customer service yet. I request that this transaction be canceled, that the withdrawn amount be refunded, and that my account be permanently closed. I also ask that the necessary legal actions be taken against such unauthorized practices. I will attach the payment receipt as evidence.
I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
