Seeking Refund for Unauthorized MyIQ Charge

On November 25 at around 9:23 PM, I purchased only a single IQ test from the website myiq and completed the payment solely for that test. I did not give any consent to start a membership, subscription, or recurring payment. I simply purchased the test and completed the transaction.
However, it appears that the system automatically started a subscription without my knowledge or approval, because last night my card was charged £30 as an automatic payment. I have bank transaction records and payment proof clearly showing this unauthorized charge.

Otherwise, I will proceed with formal chargeback and dispute processes through my bank and pursue legal action, supported by the evidence I have.
