Myiq.com Wrongfully Charged 30€ Subscription Fee After 24.99₺ Test
On 24/08/2025, I completed a test on Myiq.com for 24.99₺, thinking it was a simple one-time payment. Less than a week later, without any notification or approval request, my credit card was charged an additional 30€ for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for.
As soon as I realized, I contacted the support team by email, but they told me no refund would be issued. I immediately canceled the subscription myself and even had to close my credit card for security reasons to prevent further charges. In total, I paid both the 24.99₺ test fee and the 30€ unauthorized subscription fee.
This is a clear case of hidden billing and consumer deception. I demand a full refund of the 30€ that was wrongfully withdrawn from my account. Myiq.com must stop misleading users into unwanted subscriptions and ensure proper transparency in its payment system.
