I took a free IQ test on Myiq.com and paid 1.5€ only to receive the certificate showing my result. However, on 12/07/2025, an additional 477₺ was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank card without my knowledge or consent. I never agreed to any subscription or recurring payment—my intention was only to buy the certificate.
When I contacted the company, they claimed I had “missed the trial period” and therefore could not receive a refund. This explanation is completely misleading. I did not sign up for any trial or subscription; I made a single, clear payment for a certificate. The way this system is set up tricks users into hidden charges, and I have since seen that many others have experienced the same problem.
This practice is unfair and violates consumer rights. I demand an immediate refund of the 477₺ wrongfully taken from my account. If this is not resolved quickly, I will file a chargeback request with my bank and pursue all necessary legal steps to protect my rights.
