Unauthorized Subscription and Duplicate Charges From myiq.com
On November 30 at around 12:13 PM, I purchased only a single IQ test from the website myiq.com and completed the payment solely for this one test using my Ziraat Bank debit card. During the transaction, I only bought the test and finalized the payment. I did not give consent to any membership, subscription, or recurring payment. However, when I later checked my bank statement, I saw that I was charged twice for the same test.
In addition, it appears that the system automatically started a subscription without my permission or explicit approval, because on December 7 at 12:13 PM, another $43 USD was automatically charged to my card. I have bank transaction records and payment proofs clearly showing this unauthorized charge.
I demand that this subscription started without my consent be canceled immediately, that the $43 USD charged without authorization and the additional duplicate charge be fully refunded to me, and that all of my personal data stored in your systems be permanently deleted. Otherwise, I will proceed with formal chargeback disputes through my bank and pursue legal action, supported by the evidence I have.
