Unauthorized myiq.com Charge After IQ Test Payment — Refund Requested
On September 26, I took the IQ test offered by the myiq.com brand and was required to pay €0.50 to receive my result. I made this payment using my Ziraat Bank virtual card. However, I did not create any account or purchase any subscription package — I only provided my email address so the test result could be sent to me.
Despite this, on October 3, an account under my name was opened on myiq.com without my knowledge, and ₺1,492.63 was charged to my Ziraat Bank virtual card. I have not used any myiq.com product or service, and I have received no notification about this transaction from either myiq.com or my bank. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue.
I request that my account be permanently closed and that the ₺1,492.63 charged without my consent be refunded immediately.
