Unauthorized MyIQ Charge Hits Credit Card Without User Consent
On January 15, 2026, while reviewing my bank account transactions, I noticed that an unauthorized charge of $30 had been made to the credit card linked to my My IQ account, without my knowledge or consent. I did not approve this transaction in any way, and I did not initiate any purchase or subscription through My IQ. As soon as I discovered the charge, I contacted my bank; my cards were canceled for security reasons, and I was informed that replacement cards would be issued. On the same day, I also contacted My IQ by email to report the unauthorized charge, but I have not received any response so far. I request that the unauthorized $30 charge be refunded to my card as soon as possible. In addition, for security reasons, I request that all my personal data on the My IQ website and any subscriptions linked to my account be completely deleted. I ask that this matter be investigated urgently and that I be provided with written confirmation and clear information regarding the outcome.
