Hidden Subscription Charge After Cheap IQ Test Purchase
I made a payment on the MyIQ.com/us website for a test that was clearly listed as costing only about $0.50. At the time of payment, there were no warnings, disclosures, or information about any subscription, membership, or recurring charges—only this one-time test fee was shown.
However, a few weeks later, on February 18, 2026, I noticed that approximately $31 was charged to my Garanti Bank Bonus Virtual Mastercard without my knowledge or consent. This charge has no connection to the test payment I made, and I did not approve any such payment or subscription.
I request that this unauthorized charge be refunded immediately and that my card information be completely removed from your system for security reasons. Otherwise, I will consider disputing the charge through my bank and pursuing legal action if necessary.
