I Was Double-Charged by myiq.com Without Consent

On the morning of October 13, a total of ₺2,960 was withdrawn from my account by myiq.com in two separate transactions of approximately ₺1,480 each — all without my knowledge or consent. The last four digits of my card are 9155. These transactions were absolutely not made by me and occurred without any form of authorization.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I immediately blocked my card for security reasons. I tried to reach myiq.com customer service but couldn’t find any contact information, so I haven’t received any response yet.

I request that the total amount be refunded to me as soon as possible. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I urgently ask for my situation to be resolved.
