MyIQ Allegedly Saves Card Details and Starts Billing Without Approval
I had previously only taken a test on the MyIQ website and did not start any subscription. Despite this, I later discovered that my card details were stored without my authorization and that a charge of €29.99 was made to my Garanti BBVA card on December 14, 2025, without my knowledge or consent.
Regarding this transaction, I was contacted by Garanti BBVA, who informed me that such a charge had been made on my card. Afterward, I called my bank and submitted a request to cancel and dispute the transaction. However, I have been unable to contact MyIQ directly, and since I cannot access my account, I am unable to see under which subscription or membership name this charge was processed.
I am requesting that the €29.99 charged without my consent be refunded in full, and that any subscription or recurring payment initiated in my name be canceled immediately.
