myiq.com Overcharged After Low-Cost Test Payment

Previously, I made a payment of approximately $1 on myiq.com to take a test. Today, I discovered that on January 14, 2026, an unauthorized charge of $45 was made to my Garanti Bank card under the name myiq.com. I did not provide any approval, request any membership, or receive any notification regarding this amount.

I do not accept that my card information was used without my permission and that such a high amount was charged. I consider this to be a situation bordering on fraud. I request that the necessary investigation be conducted regarding this website, that appropriate action be taken if there is any unlawful conduct, and that users who have been affected be protected.

I demand that the unauthorized $45 charge be refunded to me immediately and that my card information be completely removed from their system. I also request that proper oversight and action be taken concerning myiq.com to prevent similar incidents from happening to others.
