Myiq Charged Me Twice for the Same Transaction

I am writing regarding an unauthorized double charge by Myiq on my bank card for a payment made via your website www.myiq.com. On 6 December at 00:44, I was debited twice for the same transaction, for a total amount of 29.99 EUR, without my authorization. I only intended to make a single payment, yet two identical charges appeared on my bank statement. I contacted Myiq customer service about this situation, but the replies I received said that my account could not be found. After several emails, I realised that the messages I was receiving were in fact automatic responses and that my case was not being genuinely handled. Because this is a clear double charging without my consent, I request a full refund of the improperly charged amount of 29.99 EUR as soon as possible and a proper clarification of my situation, with real customer support and not automatic messages. I kindly ask you to review this transaction on your side, process the refund of the duplicate charge to my bank card and confirm it to me in writing.
