I recently used MyIQ’s test/quiz service and clearly agreed only to a single charge of €0.50 on my credit card. Despite this, MyIQ went on to charge a second €0.50 and an additional €29.99 without my permission on my credit card today. I did not receive any service in return for these extra amounts and I never authorized such payments or any membership connected to them. After these unauthorized charges, I saw that the messages and confirmations came from the address “myIQ • [email protected]”. I do not accept these extra charges, as I only consented to the initial €0.50 payment for the test/quiz. I request that MyIQ immediately refund the unauthorized amount of €29.99 plus the additional €0.50 charge, and cancel any membership or subscription that may have been started in my name without my clear consent so that no further charges are made to my card.
