Complaint To MyIQ On Misleading And Finally Charging Me €29.99
I recently used the IQ test service on MYIQ.COM and noticed that I was charged without proper information or clear consent for a subscription. First, my Mastercard credit card was charged twice for €0.50 (a total of €1). At no point during this process was it clearly indicated that a further charge of €29.99 would be applied. Despite this, on November 27 my card was charged €29.99 by MYIQ.COM. I also cannot log in to their website to manage or cancel anything. They promised to send me a contact email, but I have not received any usable way to reach them or resolve the issue, which makes the situation even more frustrating. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment related to MYIQ.COM and a full refund of the €29.99 charged on November 27 to my Mastercard credit card. I also expect written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card.
