I recently completed an IQ test promoted via Facebook by a company called MyIq. At the beginning I was clearly informed that the test would cost 1 €, and I agreed to that amount. After finishing the test, I was told that in order to receive an explanation of the result, an additional payment was required, which I refused and did not approve. Despite this, on 25/04 an amount of 29,99 € was withdrawn via my PayPal account in favour of MyIq. I did not knowingly accept any subscription, recurring payment or extra service for this amount, and I strongly disagree with this way of charging customers after they have refused further payment. I request that MyIq immediately cancels any subscription or recurring payment that may have been set up without my clear consent, and refunds the full amount of 29,99 € that was withdrawn from my PayPal account. I also expect confirmation that no further charges will be made in the future.
