Cancel MyIQ Subscription Immediately

I subscribed once to the MyIQ IQ test service and made a single payment at that time. I was not aware that this would result in recurring charges. Today I noticed on my Millennium BCP bank account that an amount of 29.99 € was withdrawn by this company, which I did not authorize as a recurring payment. I request that myiq immediately cancel any active subscription linked to my account or payment details and ensure that no further amounts are charged in the future. I also ask you to verify my case and, if possible, review the charges made after the initial payment, as I did not intend to subscribe to an ongoing paid service. Please confirm in writing that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further debits will be made.
