MyIQ Payment Cancellation Request

I recently discovered a charge of $29.99 taken today from my card ending in 9116 for a MyIQ IQ test subscription, even though I did not receive any prior email, clear notice, or confirmation that I would be billed or subscribed. I only intended to take an IQ test and was not aware that this would result in a paid subscription or a recurring charge. I have not yet contacted MyIQ or my bank about this transaction, and I am submitting this complaint to clearly state that I do not approve of this charge and did not knowingly agree to a paid subscription. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or account that may have been created in my name and associated with this card. As an outcome, I kindly ask for an immediate cancellation of my MyIQ subscription and, if possible, a full refund of the $29.99 that was charged today, along with written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card.
