About a month ago, I took an IQ test on the MyIQ.com website. At the end of the test, the site offered a certificate for $0.99, and I agreed to the charge, believing that was the only cost. However, within a week, MyIQ.com withdrew ₺684.24 from my account without my consent or any prior notification.
To make matters worse, when I tried to log back into my account to cancel the subscription or view my purchase, the system no longer recognized my account. I have been left without access to my account and without any way to stop further charges. This unauthorized billing has caused me serious financial and emotional stress.
I demand an immediate refund of the ₺684.24 that was unlawfully charged and the cancellation of any active subscriptions. I also request confirmation that my account has been closed and my payment details have been removed from your system to prevent further unauthorized withdrawals. If this situation is not resolved promptly, I will file a formal complaint with consumer protection agencies and pursue legal action. Please address this issue urgently and restore my financial security.
