Through my bank card, I only completed a $1 IQ test transaction with an application/website called MyIQ. However, shortly after that, on February 3, 2026, at 6:40 AM, I noticed that $29.99 (equivalent to approximately $39 in local currency) was charged to my card without my knowledge or authorization. The transaction description appears as “29.99 MyIQ.”
I did not provide any approval for this amount, nor did I request to start any membership or subscription. This transaction was completed entirely without my knowledge or consent. I am requesting that this unauthorized charge be canceled and that the $29.99 be refunded to my card immediately.
I respectfully ask that the necessary investigation be conducted regarding this unauthorized transaction and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
