My Drama App Double Charge And Limited Access After Payment

Today, I downloaded the My Drama app, and my card was charged twice. I had purchased a weekly subscription, but I could not even watch 10 episodes. I sent an email requesting a refund, and they replied saying they would look into it, but I do not think anything will change. The response seemed automated because I received it immediately after sending my message.

We already pay for many apps and can watch content without limits, but this one works differently. Instead of true unlimited access, you have to use coins. Each episode costs 99 coins, but after watching just one episode, all the coins are reset to zero. This makes the subscription misleading and unusable.

I request a full refund of the charges made to my card and a clear explanation of this system.
