If you keep getting charged on My Drama without watching,

• Check if you have an active subscription;

– Go to App Store / Google Play → Subscriptions
– Make sure it shows Active or Canceled
– Subscriptions charge even if you don’t use the app

• Cancel immediately to stop future billing;

– iPhone → Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Cancel
– Android → Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Cancel
– Website → Account settings or support

– Deleting the app does NOT stop charges

• Verify cancellation;

• Check:
– Status shows “Canceled”
– No next billing date
– Confirmation email received

• Check for hidden charges;

– Coins or episode purchases may be billed separately
– Review payment history for extra transactions

• Contact support;

• Write:
– “I am being charged without using the app. Cancel my subscription and stop all billing immediately.”
