My Drama Refund Not Processed After Canceling Subscription

I subscribed to the My Drama platform and accidentally purchased coins as well. After realizing this, I canceled my subscription, but the refund has still not been processed.

I contacted their support team regarding this issue, but no refund request has been initiated to my bank. They claim that the issue is related to my bank, but this is not true, because no refund request has been submitted on their end in the first place.

I do not accept this situation. I demand that the refund process be initiated immediately and that the full amount I paid be returned to my account without any further delay.
