I Face My Drama Short Unauthorized Charge Without Subscription

Even though I have never used the My Drama Short app and did not start any subscription, I noticed that $14 was charged from my account on January 9 at 00:27:33. After seeing this transaction, I downloaded the app to understand what happened and to check if there was any account created under my name.

Despite installing the app only after the charge, my account was billed as if I had given approval. This unauthorized transaction has caused me serious inconvenience. I absolutely do not accept this charge made without my knowledge or explicit consent.

I request that the $14 withdrawn from my account be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also ask for a full investigation into this unauthorized charge, the immediate cancellation of any account or subscription associated with my name or card, and a clear written explanation regarding this incident.
