My Drama Subscription Does Not Provide Unlimited Access As Promised

On Wednesday, September 10, I purchased a weekly subscription on the My Drama app for $7 using my credit card. However, I was only able to watch 11 episodes through the app. When I tried to watch episode 12, I was asked to use coins. This contradicts the subscription description, which clearly stated that I would have unlimited access to watch series on a weekly basis. Additionally, the first 6 episodes were already free, meaning that after subscribing, I could only watch 5 additional episodes.
