My Drama App Charged Me After Subscription Cancellation

Even though I canceled my My Drama Series Channel subscription through the App Store on July 31, 2025, I noticed that $0 was charged from my account without my consent on October 14, 2025. My subscription was registered under the email address Galatasaray199…[email protected]
and has been shown as canceled since July.
I contacted both My Drama Series Channel and App Store customer service regarding this issue, but I did not receive a satisfactory response from My Drama. I do not accept being charged for a subscription that was already canceled, and I request a refund of the amount that was deducted.
I also demand that no further charges be made to my account under any circumstances. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
