I came across an app called My Drama on Instagram and decided to try it. After watching for a short time, it required a subscription. I agreed, but it subscribed me without asking for any password or verification. Then, I accidentally pressed another button, and once again, money was charged from my card without any password or confirmation.
After all these charges, I couldn’t even watch the content properly. The app kept asking for coins (gold) for every episode, so I was unable to continue watching anything.
I do not accept these unauthorized charges. I request a full refund of the money taken from my card and expect a clear explanation of how these payments were processed without my approval.
