I Demand Refund for Drama Wave Charges Not Showing in Apple Subscriptions

I have been experiencing an ongoing issue with unwanted subscription charges related to Drama Wave that I am unable to manage or cancel from my side. Although there is no active Drama Wave subscription visible in either the Drama Wave application or in my Apple subscriptions, I have still been charged multiple times. I noticed charges taken from my bank card on 15 February, 26 February, and 8 April, with amounts of 9.99, 8.99, and 19.99. Since there is no corresponding subscription shown under my Apple ID or within the Drama Wave app, I have no way to stop or manage these payments myself. I have already contacted customer service, and my problem has not been resolved. I am requesting that any hidden or untraceable Drama Wave subscription linked to my bank card be immediately cancelled so that no further amounts are charged.
