If your My Drama subscription renewed without notice,
• Understand why it happened;
– Subscriptions auto-renew by default unless canceled
– You must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges
– If you missed that window, the system charges automatically
• Cancel immediately to stop future billing;
– iPhone → Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Cancel
– Android → Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Cancel
– Website → Account settings or email support
– Deleting the app does NOT cancel the subscription
• Confirm cancellation;
• Verify:
– Status shows “Canceled”
– You see an expiration date (not renewal)
– You received a confirmation email
• Request a refund;
– Apple → request via reportaproblem.apple.com
– Google Play → Order history → Request refund
– Website → contact [email protected]
• Write to support;
– “My subscription renewed without my intention. I want a refund and confirmation that auto-renewal is canceled.”
If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
