Every time we use a Munchkin straw cup, the straw breaks, and my child refuses to drink from any other cup. Because of this, I have to keep buying new Munchkin cups, since I can’t find replacement straws anywhere.
It’s frustrating that such a big brand doesn’t provide consistent access to essential spare parts. When replacement straws rarely come into stock, they sell out instantly, making it impossible to buy them when needed.
Munchkin should do better in providing spare parts for a product that’s clearly meant for daily use. I urge the company to restock replacement straws immediately—parents shouldn’t have to keep repurchasing entire cups just to replace a single part!
