MUBI Freezes On Android TV

I have been a loyal user of your platform for many years, thoroughly enjoying the films you offer. However, I've recently encountered a persistent problem while streaming movies, but it's exclusive to my TV. Films play smoothly on my computer and mobile devices without any issues. I suspect the problem might stem from either my TV or the platform's infrastructure. I kindly request a swift resolution to this matter; otherwise, I may have to consider discontinuing my use of your platform.
