If MUBI keeps buffering on your smart TV, first check that your internet connection is reliable and fast enough—MUBI recommends at least 10 Mbps for HD streaming.
Try rebooting your router and connecting your TV over Ethernet rather than Wi-Fi if possible. If you're using Wi-Fi, relocate the router closer to the TV or eliminate any signal barriers.
Next, update both the MUBI app and your smart TV's firmware. Outdated software might cause performance problems. Check your TV's app store or settings menu for updates.
Also, try emptying the MUBI app cache in your TV's settings, which can often address buffering or lagging issues.
If the problem persists, log in to mubi.com and contact them at [email protected] for assistance with the streaming quality.
Do you have another way to solve it? We'd love to hear from you in the comments.
