Netflix Premium Plan Restrictions Prevent Streaming Outside Home

I’ve been a loyal Netflix subscriber for nearly four years, always on the highest-tier premium plan. However, for the past couple of years, I’ve been receiving constant device update notifications, which have become increasingly frustrating. When I reached out to customer support to resolve the issue, their response was beyond disappointing.

I was told that I couldn’t watch Netflix outside my household unless I first streamed for 3–5 minutes on my phone and then repeated the process on the same IP at another location. This explanation is not only unreasonable but also inconvenient. When I asked about a follow-up, I was told there would be none and that the representatives were simply "communicating the rules."

As a paying customer, I should be able to watch content wherever I want. I pay for this service, and it’s unfair to impose such restrictions. Netflix, this needs to be resolved immediately. Such a poor service approach is unacceptable for a global platform.
