Netflix Employee's Unprofessional Manner

67

Greetings, On May 25th, I discovered that I could no longer access Netflix on my Samsung television, which I had previously been able to do. I learned that this issue was due to the outdated nature of my television. When I attempted to log out and then log back into my account, I encountered an error stating that my password was incorrect, rather than an issue with the age of my television. In seeking to understand the difference, I contacted Netflix customer service. The representative I spoke with displayed an unprofessional attitude, which escalated to the point of shouting. I have never encountered such behavior from a customer service representative. This manner of service is highly unprofessional, especially for a service that I pay for regularly. I will be terminating my subscription at the earliest opportunity.
