MUBI Charged Me After I Canceled My Trial and Couldn’t Remove My Card

I had a 1-month free trial on MUBI, and I made sure to cancel my membership before it renewed. However, the platform wouldn’t let me delete my saved card after canceling. While trying to remove my payment details, I accidentally clicked “Activate Account”, and MUBI instantly charged my card without asking for confirmation.
This is completely unacceptable. I did not authorize any payment, especially after canceling the trial. The system is misleading and gives users no control over their own payment information.
MUBI, I demand an immediate refund of the amount you charged me and ask that you delete my card information permanently from your system. This kind of experience destroys user trust—please resolve this issue promptly.
