MUBI won’t accept my card for subscription, how can I fix the payment issue?

If your card doesn't work at MUBI to subscribe, make sure that the number, expiration date, and CVV are all entered properly.

Make sure your card can be used to buy things online or in other countries, because MUBI handles funds all over the world.

Calling your bank to approve the payment can help if they block recurring charges or foreign transactions by default.

You could also try a different browser or clear the cache and cookies in the one you're using, then try the process again. If you use a VPN, you might want to turn it off during the payment process because it could cause scam alerts.

Instead, MUBI accepts PayPal and other payment methods in some countries. Trying a different way of payment might work.

If the problem persists, email [email protected] and describe the issue along with your country and the payment method you're using.

Their customer service team can look for system blocks or suggest a payment method that works in your area.

If not, share your experience and consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
