MUBI Charged Me After I Canceled My Trial in January—No Active Account Exists

I canceled my MUBI trial membership in January, well before the trial period ended. However, in March, I was shocked to discover that a subscription fee was charged to my card. When I logged into the MUBI website to investigate, I saw that there was no active membership linked to my account.

This is completely unacceptable. I did everything correctly—canceled on time and haven’t used the service since. Yet MUBI still withdrew money from my card without warning, and there’s no indication of any subscription tied to my email: i********@hotmail.com**.

I demand that this issue be resolved immediately and the unjust charge refunded. Also, your platform seriously lacks responsive customer support. There needs to be a dedicated customer service channel for situations like this. Users should not have to deal with billing issues alone.
