Mubi Charged Me Despite Canceling Within the 7-Day Trial Period

I signed up for Mubi’s 7-day free trial and canceled my membership on the same day to ensure I wouldn’t be charged. Despite having no active subscription, I was still charged. I don’t understand on what basis this deduction was made, and it’s disappointing that Mubi doesn’t seem to have a system in place to accurately track the trial period usage.

To make matters worse, there is no direct customer support to contact, and responses via email are painfully slow. This lack of transparency and support is frustrating. I demand a full refund for the unauthorized charge and expect Mubi to improve their trial period management and customer service processes. Please resolve this issue promptly.
