MUBI Charged Me 169₺ Again After Cancellation and Won’t Let Me Remove My Card

I canceled my MUBI subscription, but despite that, the platform charged my saved card again without my consent. What’s even worse is that it redirects me back to the cancellation screen as if the process was never completed. This is completely unacceptable.

They are renewing a subscription I don’t use, without informing me, and automatically taking 169₺ from my account. Even after canceling, I’m not allowed to remove my card details, which makes the situation feel even more manipulative and frustrating.

MUBI, I demand an immediate refund and full removal of my card information from your system. You cannot keep charging people for a canceled service and make it impossible to manage billing settings. This needs to be fixed now.
