Hello, today I attempted to purchase a single package from MSPY. However, without my explicit consent or approval, the company withdrew three separate charges from my account: ₺650.00, ₺1,870.00, and ₺989.98. That’s a total of ₺3,509—far beyond what I intended to pay.
This is completely unacceptable. I never authorized those amounts, and I feel scammed. I’m demanding that MSPY immediately cancel any active subscriptions and fully refund the excess amount charged to my card.
If this is not resolved without delay, I will be filing a formal criminal complaint with the public prosecutor’s office. I have documented everything, including timestamps and bank transaction details, and I will not hesitate to pursue legal action if necessary.
