mSpy Subscription Paid But No Access
On 2/4/2026 I attempted to purchase a three‑month subscription for the mSpy application. During this process, the amount of approximately 74€ was reserved/charged through my Alpha Bank card, which means the transaction appears to have gone through on the bank’s side. However, despite the successful payment, I have not been given any access to the mSpy application or to the service I tried to purchase. I did not receive any confirmation email or message from mSpy, and I have already contacted Alpha Bank, who informed me that the problem does not lie with the bank but with the company behind the mSpy application and its payment processing. At this moment, the amount has been withheld without me having received the service. Through this complaint, I request either a full refund of the approximately 74€ that was charged for the 3‑month subscription, or the immediate activation of my access to the mSpy application for the full duration that I attempted to purchase. I kindly ask you to resolve this matter as soon as possible and inform me in writing of the action taken.
