MSI Refused to Reimburse for the Defective B-650 Pro Motherboard

On November 22, 2022, I ordered an MSI B-650 Pro motherboard. After receiving the other components, I assembled my system. The computer began experiencing a slow startup issue from the moment of purchase, and memory errors also occurred. After contacting MSI support on December 2, 2022, they sent me new BIOS versions, claiming that the issue was related to the BIOS and asked me to monitor updates on their website. I ordered this product online. Despite my dissatisfaction with the situation, I did not return the motherboard due to my responsibilities and continued to use it. However, with each BIOS update, the system did not improve, and the problems only worsened. To avoid further inconvenience, I ordered a new motherboard. When I realized that the sound issue, which seemed to be coming from the case, was actually a motherboard issue, I immediately sent it for warranty service. I was told that there is a fault in the socket connector, and to replace it, I need to pay 1500 ₺. If there was a fault in the socket, the computer would not turn on. The computer turns on, and after turning on, the performance is normal. My problem is that the computer takes a long time to start, for example, around 2 minutes. Sometimes it doesn't turn on and stays on a black screen, and after I remove and reinsert the memory modules, it continues to work. I have had these problems from the beginning, and they are all documented in my requests to MSI support. Even if I pay for the repair, my problem will not be solved. Because the problem is not in this. It is also claimed that the cause is damaged processor contacts due to user error. How could I damage the processor contacts? When installing the processor, it simply sits on top, and you close it with the latch. I had to use a defective product because I didn't have the money for a new motherboard. There are no such problems with the new motherboard. There is no sound coming from the case. The computer starts very quickly. When I turn on Expo, I don't get errors. There is no black screen on restart. If I don't have these problems with other products, it means the problem is not due to user error. I demand that MSI stand behind its products and resolve the issues.
