MSI Pro H610M-G Motherboard BIOS Update Issue

On October 13, 2024, I purchased the MSI Pro H610M-G motherboard from Amazon. When I attempted to update the BIOS, the process failed. After clicking the "Restart Computer" option to proceed with the update, the computer shut down and never powered back on. As a result, the update could not be completed.
When I contacted MSI customer support, they admitted that some of these motherboards have known defects. They suggested I send the defective motherboard to them for repair, promising to resolve the issue. However, as a remote worker based in Ankara, I rely heavily on my computer for work. Sending the motherboard for repair and waiting for its return will disrupt my workflow significantly.
I urgently request MSI to address this issue promptly and provide a quicker solution to minimize the inconvenience caused. My work depends on having a functioning computer, and this problem must be resolved immediately.
