MSI Pro X670-P WiFi Motherboard - Defective Chipset Dispute

I purchased an MSI Pro X670-P WiFi AMD motherboard from N11 on 12/01/2024. The technicians discovered a problem with the motherboard during the assembly process and recommended getting it replaced. I was informed that my refund request was denied and I was directed to ServisPoint. We submitted the motherboard on 19/01/2024. Even though the package arrived in pristine condition, they insisted that the pins were bent when they received them. They resolved the issue with the chipset and declined to provide a refund. Despite recognizing the issue with the chipset, they used the pin repair as a reason to reject the claim. Unsatisfied with MSI's approach, I am reluctant to endorse them any longer. While some people have been fortunate enough to receive refunds for similar issues, I find myself still waiting for a resolution. I'm sharing this to provide information to others.

Response from MSI Turkey. I will share the process; I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee on 17/02/2024. I am recording this to serve as an archive for others who may encounter a similar problem in the future.
