Hello, on March 13, 2023, I purchased a gaming laptop model "MSI Crosshair 15 C12VE-409XTR i7-12650H 16GB DDR5 240HZ." Initially, I had to press the power button twice to turn on the laptop, and I didn't consider it a problem. Later, when pressing the power button, the laptop wouldn't turn on at all. I took it to the MSI technical service, assuming it was a chronic issue, on August 9, 2023. They issued a document for laptop replacement on August 24, 2023. On the same day, I immediately contacted Indjehesap to request a replacement for the laptop with the same or a similar product, and if that's not possible, I requested an upgrade to a more advanced model. I've been fighting for a laptop replacement since August 24, 2023. Despite my statements that I do not agree to a replacement with a model lower than the one I purchased, they offered a lower model, and by refusing that, I believe they are intentionally complicating the situation. It has been 27 working days since I submitted it for repair, but no solution has been reached so far, and I remain without a laptop, hindering my work.
